MAMIE EISENHOWER FUDGE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

4.5 cups sugar
pinch salt
2 Tablespoon butter
Large can evaporated milk
12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz German chocolate
1 jar marshmellow cream (1 pint)
2 cups nuts

Steps:

  • Combine sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk in a pan. Bring to a boil and boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. (shoudl be 236 on candy thermometer) Pour boiled mixture over chocolate, marshmellow cream and nuts and stir until chocolate is melted. Pour into buttered pan.
