Make-Ahead Eggnog image

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 cups whole milk
1 cup egg substitute
2/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons rum extract
1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
French vanilla whipped topping, optional

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook on low until heated through, 2-3 hours. Serve in mugs; dollop with whipped topping if desired.
