Maitre d'Hotel Butter image

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 tablespoons butter, salted (1stick), at room temperature
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
1/4 teaspoon white pepper, freshly ground

Steps:

  • 1. Cream the butter in a bowl, mixer, or food processor. Beat in the parsley, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and pepper.2. Spread the butter on a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap and roll into a compact cylinder. Store the butter in the refrigerator or freezer. Cut off 1-inch slices as needed.Serves 6 to 8
