MAGGIE'S MACARONI AND CHEESE image

1 box macaroni
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 pint 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni with 1 tsp salt. Drain. Add butter and melt. Separately, beat eggs, half and half, and cheese together. Add to macaroni and pour into baking dish. Cut strip of cheese and put on top. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
