1 pkg. (14 oz.) CRACKER BARREL Sharp Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 beef skirt steak (3/4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
1 poblano chile, seeded, cut into thin strips

Steps:

  • Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, rub chili powder evenly into both sides of steak; cut crosswise into strips, each about 3 inches wide. Cook in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add onions and chiles to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Cut meat across the grain into thin slices; place in large bowl. Add onion mixture; mix lightly. Serve over prepared Dinner.
