MAC AND CHEESE WITH BBQ CHIPS image

16 oz pasta
3 heaping TBS flour
1 tsp kosher salt
1 TBS spicy mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
5 shakes hot sauce
5 cups half & half
1/4 C butter
2-1/2 C shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2-1/2 C Kraft Deli Deluxe American, sliced crosswise
1 C crushed BBQ potato chips
dried parsley
Paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375. Cook pasta in boiling water for 5 min, set aside. In a large pot, melt butter, add flour, whisking until all mixed. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Add half and half slowly until completely mixed, bring to a boil and lower heat. Add cheese and hot sauce, turn off heat and mix until melted. Grease a 9x13 pan with Pam. Add cheese and pasta, mix thoroughly. Cover the top with potato chips and sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Cook in oven for 25 min, let stand 5 min before serving.
