LONE STAR STEAKHOUSE RIBS & BBQ SAUCE: image

How to make LONE STAR STEAKHOUSE RIBS & BBQ SAUCE:

Number Of Ingredients 6

Serves/Makes: 1 quart
Ingredients:
3 Tsp salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp paprika
3 pounds pork ribs (small)

Steps:

  • Procedure:
  • Flavor the ribs using the mixture listed above.
  • Put the ribs on the grill in any kind of barbecue pit or covered smoker making sure that the ribs are not directly in contact with the heat while allowing the smoke to do the cooking.
  • Cook the ribs very slowly for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, or wait until the ribs come away from its bones simply.
  • 15 minutes before the ribs are cooked, baste the ribs on both side using the sauce. Slice the ribs and serve.
  • Sauce:
  • Ingredients:
  • cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cup flour
  • Tbsp salt
  • Tbsp prepared mustard
  • ½ Tsp chili powder
  • ½ Tsp paprika
  • ½ Tsp pepper
  • ½ Tsp liquid barbecue smoke
  • Tsp sugar
  • ½ pint of water
  • pint ketchup
  • Procedure:
  • Get a large pot. Mix water and ketchup and let the mixture come to a boil.
  • Combine all the dry ingredients.
  • Add the half of the Worcestershire sauce, mustard and liquid smoke.
  • Stir the mixture until it turns into a paste. Put the rest of the Worcestershire sauce.
  • Transfer the paste into the heated mixture and allow it to come into a boil very slowly for about 20 minutes.
  • Keep the sauce in the fridge for all the unused sauce. Use it for several weeks.
