Steps:
- Cut lengthwise thru the top of the shell to the tail. Crack open shell and use your finger to gently loosen meat from the shell. Pull the meat out on top of the shell, leaving it attached at the tail. Place in foil covered broiler pan.
- Mix melted butter with herbs and spices, not the lemon. Spoon most of the mixture over the tail meat.
- Broil 4-6" from heat for 7-9 minutes til top is browned and meat is cooked but still moist.
- Remove from oven and place on serving plate. Spread w remaining butter mixture, then squeeze lemon over lobster. Serve immediately.
