LOBSTER SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups cooked lobster meat
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 cup celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Romaine, spring mix or lettuce

Steps:

  • Cut lobster into bite size pieces. Combine all other ingredients and mix with lobster. Chill. Serve on a bed of Romaine, spring mix or lettuce. Garnish with fresh tomato wedges, hard boiled egg slices and olives.
