3 zucchini (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese Deliciously Paired for Mac 'n Cheese
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
3 Tbsp. light sour cream
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut zucchini lengthwise in half; scoop out centers onto cutting board, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Discard removed centers. Cut each zucchini shell crosswise into thirds; place, right sides up, in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix oil and garlic powder until blended; brush evenly onto cut sides of zucchini shells.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
  • Top with bacon, sour cream and chives.
