LIVER PATE BALL image

Liver sausage
Mayonaisse as needed
Cream cheese
Sour cream
Grated onion
Worcestershire
Lemon juice
Caviar (optional)

Steps:

  • Form liver sausage into a large ball (add a bit of mayo if necessary). Chill. Whip cream cheese with sour cream, and grated onion. Add worcestershire and lemon juice to taste. Frost liver pate ball. Add caviar if desired. Chill. Serve with crackers.
