LISA'S GRILLED SALMON image

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 oz pineapple juice
1/2 cu finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp grated lime zest
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs grated ginger
1 tbs low-salt soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp hot-pepper oil (optional)
6 4-oz salmon steaks or fillets
Vegetable oil spray

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients, except fish and spray, in a large resealable plastic bag. Marinate fish in the bag. Refrigerate up to an hour, turning occasionally. Lightly spray grill or broiler pan with spray. Preheat grill on medium high, or preheat broiler. Remove salmon from marinade, and grill or broil it 4-5 inches from heat source for 5-7 minutes per side.
