LISA'S CORN CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can cream of corn
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 small container sour cream (8 oz, but I usually add a little more)
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but I usually add about ½ cup or more)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl and pour in 9x13 pan (spray with non-stick cooking spray) Bake at 350 for 1 hr
