Steps:
- In a pouring vessel, add lemonade concentrate, fresh lemon juice and fresh mint leaves. Muddle these together using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon. Divide the mixture among four glasses. To each glass add 1/2 cup limoncello and 1/4 cup club soda. Top each glass with crushed ice. Garnish each glass with sliced lemon and fresh mint leaves.
