Steps:
- Beat egg yolks till lemon colored. Stir in milk juice and salt, blending well. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, grad add sugar and continue beating until it sands in peaks. fold. 1/2 meringueinto egg yolk mixtureand pour into pie shell. Cover top with remainingmeringue. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until brown.
