The flavors in this easy Crock Pot meal are out of this world. There is a hint of heat from the chili powder, but you really taste the lovely citrus flavor from the lemon and lime. The chicken becomes so tender and juicy. It's guilt free and easy to make... the perfect combination!

Steps:
- 1. Rub the chicken down with the salt and spices and arrange in the Crock Pot.
- 2. Add the garlic, onion, lime zest, and chilies.
- 3. Pour juice over all the chicken.
- 4. Cook on low for 5 hours in your Crock Pot.
- 5. Top it off with fresh green onion or cilantro. I like to have a spread of sides from tortillas, cilantro-lime rice, sour cream, sauteed zucchini, tomatoes & jalapenos... the flavor possibilities are endless!
