LIGHT 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD image

2-1/2 to 3 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1-1/2 tbsp. gluten
1 tbsp. full fat soy flour
2 tbsp. wheat berry sprouts, pureed
2 tbsp. raisin juice concentrate
1-1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp. cold butter

Steps:

  • Make dough as usual. Add dough to water until right consistancy. Work in butter half way through kneading.
