2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 Tbs plain 0% Greek yogurt
2 Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp tahini
1/4 tsp salt
1 can (398 mL) no-salt added chickpeas
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Whisk together lemon juice, yogurt, oil, tahini and salt. Toss with drained chickpeas and parsley.
