3 lemons
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar

Steps:

  • Grate peel. Mix cream, milk and sugar.
  • Add to peel.
  • Place in bowl in freezer until firm.
  • (about 6 hours).
  • Mash and add juice of lemons.
  • Mix.
  • Cover.
  • Return to freezer until firm.
