Steps:
- In a mixer, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Beat in brown sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, lemon zest and juice until light and fluffy. Sift together the dry ingredients and then add to creamed mixture along with the chopped ginger, blending thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for about 12 minutes. Place on rack to cool.
