Steps:
- Rinse rice thoroughly with cold water. Drain. Heat o.o. in saucepan. Add rice and stir till coated. Add stock, lemon juice, cilantro and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to lowest possible. Cook for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before uncovering.
