Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c butter, softened
1 large lemon, zested
1 large lemon juiced (2 if not juicy)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch generous pinch of salt
6 c powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Cream the butter, lemon zest, salt, and vanilla.
  • 2. Slowly add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time.
  • 3. Alternating with the lemon juice.
  • 4. Feel free to add yellow gel food coloring as I did.
