Left-over Stuffing? Turn it into Clam Cakes! image

Love stuffed Clams but, not the price. Good way to remake a left-over!

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can(s) baby clams with juice
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) dill, dried
1 teaspoon(s) celery seed
4 tablespoon(s) chopped scallion greens
1 tablespoon(s) oregano, dried
1 large egg
1 teaspoon(s) pepper
2 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
1/2 cup(s) left-over turkey broth
4 cup(s) prepared stuffing mix

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except paprika
  • Spoon into greased muffin pans
  • Sprinkle with paprika
  • Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake. Aprox. 35-45 minutes
