1 corn
2 cans tomato
1 can tomato puree
2 polish sausages (kielbasa)s
2 white onions
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 small zucchinis, diced
1 red bell pepper, cubed
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon chili

Steps:

  • In a big pot, fry sausage. Add onion, pepper, and zucchini and fry until vegetables are soft.
  • Add tomatoes, corn, and spices and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
  • Serve warm with toasted sourdough bread.
