Steps:
- 1. In a large stock pot, add olive oil, sausage & ground beef; brown.
- 2. Add onion & garlic, saute with meat about 2 minutes. Add crushed red pepper, saute another minute.
- 3. Stir in chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, rotini pasta,oregano, basil, salt & pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer til pasta is tender.
- 4. In a bowl combine ricotta, parmesan & mozzrella cheeses. Preheat your broiler.
- 5. Place Lasagna mixture in a large casserole, top with cheese mixture. Place under broiler for a few minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy with crusty bread or garlic bread sticks.
