Number Of Ingredients 2

1 lb salmon
1 tbsp kecap mais

Steps:

  • Place salmon skin side down on a plate and spread the kecap manis over the side without skin. Let stand for 20-30 min. Place salmon in shallow baking pan such as a pie plate or jelly roll pan. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for about 10 min or just until opaque in center ( 10 min/ inch)
