KENTUCKY CORN PUDDING image

Number Of Ingredients 10

Kentucky Corn Pudding (So easy)
Mix the following:
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. flour
2 T.sugar
1 tsp salt
6 T butter, melted
Stir the above mixture into a buttered casserole with the folowing:
2 cups corn, drained (fresh, canned, or frozen) I usually use frozen.
1 3/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Bake 350 45 minutes (IMP. if using fozen corn, I find that I need to bake it 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Stir ONCE during baking.
