Steps:
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion drain and set aside. In a large kettle, combine the tomato juice, water, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes. Stir in beef mixture simmer an additional 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
