Yield 4-6 people

Number Of Ingredients 8

12 eggs (4 whole eggs, and 8 yokes only)
1 cup - Milk
1 cup - Flour (All purpose)
2 caps full of Vanilla Extract (1 Tablespoon)
1 hand full of Sugar (1/8 cup)
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 stick of salted butter (1/2 cup)

Steps:

  • 13 x 9 Baking Dish Blender Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take your 13 x 9 baking dish, and slice up the 1/2 cup of butter into Tablespoon sizes and lay them in the bottom of your baking dish. Put the baking dish into the oven to let the butter melt while you prepare the mixture. This must be done fairly quickly so the butter does not burn in the oven... Prepare your 12 eggs (4 eggs with whites & yokes, and 8 eggs with only yokes) in a bowl. Measure out your 1 cup milk and 1 cup flour. Start your Blender, and add the ingredients in this order; Eggs, milk , salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, and then flour. This is important because the eggs and milk whip while you add everything together. This goes pretty quickly. Then pour your mixture into the melted butter in your baking dish (butter should be melted). Bake for 20-30 minutes (you are looking for the outside to curl up and away from your baking dish and the top should be a golden brown). Pull out of the oven, and serve with your choice of toppings.
