Kalua Pork with Cabbage image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
2.5 pound Pork shoulder roast
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
1/2 Cabbage (head)

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients and rub evenly onto pork shoulder roast and throw into slow cooker
  • Sir wet ingredients and pour over roast.
  • Cook on low for 10 hours
  • Add cabbage to pork and cook for another 30 minutes
  • Shred pork to serve
