I recently shared a recipe that my sister, Ginger makes: Stuffed Biscuit Cups. This is a recipe you can play around with.... This one is my play around.... Just Peachy! Enjoy! *Google pic*

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can butter-me-not biscuits (0nly)
diced peaches
cinnamon
nutmeg
cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Heat peaches, cinnamon, and nutmeg (keep warm while biscuits are baking)
  • 2. Turn a muffin pan over. Stretch a biscuit over each hump. Bake at 375 until lightly brown but done. Remove from oven.
  • 3. Fill each biscuit with peach mixture.
  • 4. Top with cool whip.
  • 5. Enjoy!
