JUNIOR'S RUSSIAN DRESSING
This dressing is served on the side with [Junior's Reuben sandwiches](/recipes/food/views/Combo-Reuben-51200630). It's so good that you'll find many other foods it matches up perfectly with, like sliced roasted turkey or chicken salad, a cold poached salmon salad, cold roast beef, or a fresh tomato salad.

Steps:
- 1. Whisk the ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and relish together in a deep medium bowl.
- 2. Stir together the pickle, green pepper, and onion until mixed in a small bowl. Add to the ketchup-mayonnaise mixture and whisk until evenly distributed throughout. Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, and use within 2 days. Serve cold.
