Joe's Reunion Potatoes Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 (26 ounce) package Ore Ida hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups corn flakes
1 stick butter, melted

Steps:

  • Defrost potatoes and combine with all but the last two ingredients. Blend thoroughly and pour into 3 quart casserole. Crush corn flakes and mix with 1 stick of melted butter. Add to the top of the potato mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields 12 servings
