1 kg grouper cut into slices
2 red bell pepper(slices)
1 carrot(rings)
2-4 whole red dry chilli(big ones)
1 bouquet of cilantro
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp paprika
salt,pepper,cumin,tumric

Steps:

  • spread some of the cilantro on the base of a wide pot spread the red bell pepper the carrot and the dry chilli on top. place the fish on top of the vegtebles and cover with water to half of the fish height bring to a boil and lower the heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.spice with salt pepper cumin and tumric mix the oil with the paprika and pour it over the fish let the sauce thicken for another 15 minutes until it becomes red sprinkle some more cilantro and serve hot with a good white bread
