Jen's Chimichurri Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/3 cup Packed fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Packed fresh Italian parsley
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Large clove of garlic
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Water
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Puree all ingredients in the small bowl of a food processor until it reaches the consistency of a sauce.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Sauce will keep in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
