Steps:
- 1. In a sauce pan warm pineapple and strawberries in their liquid with jello mix until jello disolves. Cool slightly
- 2. fold in cottage cheese and stir. And cool whip and mix well.
- 3. refridgerate 2-4 hours, I usually make the night ahead. Serve as a side dish. Great as a protein dish for all the veggie eaters out there.
