JELL-O Tropical Jewel Dessert image

Jewels of JELL-O swimming in a milky pool of fruit. It's as tantalizingly gorgeous as it is delicious.

2 cups boiling water, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
1 can (15 oz.) fruit cocktail in juice, drained
1 Tbsp. orange zest
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Steps:

  • Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavor gelatin mix in separate bowls; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Pour each flavor into separate 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Meanwhile, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, fruit cocktail and orange zest; refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cut gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes; place in medium bowl. Add milk mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with coconut just before serving.
