Japanese White Sauce-Sakura Sauce image

This tastes very close to the sauces that Japanese restaurants serve! I found it http://www.japanese-steakhouse-white-sauce.com/ and is the first one that actually resembles the sauce they serve. It is great on top of rice! Thanks White Sauce Guru!

1 1/4 cups Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients together to make a creamy sauce.
  • Let it sit overnight in the fridge so the flavors will blend.
  • enjoy!
