JALAPENO ARTICHOKE BAKED DIP image

Number Of Ingredients 6

12 oz artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz shredded 5 cheese Italian blend
1 cup lite mayo
1-2 minced and seeded fresh jalapeno
add some garlic salt

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together season with garlic salt, place in a baking dish. Top with parmesan then bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve wtih tortillas chips.
