1 pkg of wonton wrappers
1# of Italian sausage
1 ½ c. sharp cheddar-shredded
1 ½ c. Monterey jack-shredded
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 c. (sliced thinly or chopped) black olives
½ c. pimento

Steps:

  • Bake the wontons in muffin pans sprayed with Pam for about 7 minutes or until slightly brown. Cook the Italian sausage and drain any fat off and pat with paper toweling. If necessary to break up the sausage, put in a food processor so the chunks of sausage are not too large. Put a tablespoon of the filling in the wontons. Bake until heated through. Mix all ingredients. You can make this ahead.
