Steps:
- Cook rice according to directions. While it's cooking, saute chicken slices in olive oil. When barely cooked through, remove from pan and hold in warm oven. Add more olive oil to pan and saute onions and peppers till soft. Add minced garlic and saute 1-2 minutes more. Add balsamic vinegar and turn vegetables to coat. Put chicken back into pan and mix well. Add dip and stir all till dip melts. Serve hot over cooked rice.
