Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown sausage in large deep skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
- Add dressing, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes with liquid; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add VELVEETA, rice and water; stir. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until rice is tender and casserole is heated through.
