ITALIAN PORK STEAK CHOPS
Buy a Pork roast have the butcher cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch steaks how ever many in family use the roast in the crock for another dinner stretching the food dollar.

Steps:
- In Ziploc bag place bread crumbs, seasoning salt pepper, garlic, cheese,
- Heat oil in fry pan.
- place steaks in bag shake to coat meat.
- Turn on oven 350 grab bake pan with rack place by fry pan
- Place steak in oil to brown keep eye on them just until start to brown,
- Pull from pan place on bake rack.
- Place in oven for 30 minutes until done juices run clear. serves 4
