Italian Lime Dressing image

This is good on a green salad, and works well with a bean salad.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 c olive oil, extra virgin
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar (or balsamic)
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
1/4 c fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or more to taste)
salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk together all of the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with the salt and pepper.
  • 2. Drizzle on a plate of mixed greens or use in a bean salad.
