Steps:
- 1. Microwave beans according to package direction,do not over cook. Set aside unopened to rest.
- 2. In a skillet,add the bacon grease.Heat to melt, then add the onion and bell pepper; saute until softened. Add the bacon bits, vinegar,sugar and pepper.
- 3. Cook until sugar is dissolved and mixture is bubbly. Add green beans and toss to coat with the mixture and heat through..enjoy...
