This is favorite meatlof concoction. The Good Seasons Italian dressing mix comes in handy for so many different creations. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do. The tomato sauce mixture also makes a great gravy to go on mashed potatoes as a side.

Steps:
- Preheat over 400 degrees.
- Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar and mustard in a small sauce pan. Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer on low while preparing meatloaf.
- Combine ground meat with Italian dressing mix, salt, pepper, garlic and celery seed until mixed thoroughly.
- Add crackers and eggs and form into a loaf.
- Place meatloaf on a a greased baking sheet and cook 25-30 minutes. Top with 1/2 of the tomato sauce mixture and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Use the remaining tomato sauce to top the meatloaf slices when done.
- Best served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Enjoy!
