Steps:
- Cut clean dry chicken into small chunks, set aside. Start oil heating and start cooking rice.
- Cook chicken until cooked on both sides evenly. Sprinkle on Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Add vegetables and water, cook until vegetables are tender. Add soup and mix well. Cook for additional 5-10 minutes. Serve chicken mixture over cooked rice.
