Steps:
- 1. Clean and steam Broccoli until fork tender. Drain and cool in serving dish.
- 2. Juice the lemons. Peel and slice garlic cloves. Place garlic slices in amongst the cooling broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste, pour lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil over the broccoli and garlic. Chill in the refrigerator covered until serving time.
