Italian Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf Minis image

It's hard to say what folks like most about these Italian-style minis. Is it that everyone gets an individual meatloaf? Or that it's wrapped in bacon?

3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
3 green onions, sliced
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add all remaining ingredients except bacon; mix lightly. Shape into 6 (1-inch-thick) patties; wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty.
  • Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until done (160ºF).
