Ismail's Coriander and Cardamom Drumsticks image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 red onion, chopped
1 cup olive oil
12 cardamom pods
12 cloves
1 teaspoon fresh coriander chutney
1 teaspoon garlic puree
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
16 chicken legs
1 cup water

Steps:

  • In large pan, saute onions in oil with cardamom pods and cloves until onions just brown. Add chutney, garlic puree, salt, and pepper and sprinkle over drumsticks. Add water to pan, and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
